Lash Training Course Terms & Conditions

 

Booking & Payment

 

1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your course booking.

2. Your place is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

3. The remaining 50% balance must be paid on the day of your course, before training begins.

4. Failure to pay the remaining balance on the day may result in you being unable to attend the course, and your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Deposits

 

5. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where the course is cancelled by the trainer.

6. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

7. If you need to reschedule your course, at least 14 days’ notice must be given.

8. One reschedule may be offered at the trainer’s discretion. Any further requests may require a new booking and deposit.

9. Cancellations made by the student will result in the loss of the deposit.

10. If you fail to attend your course without prior notice (“no-show”), all payments made will be forfeited.

 

Trainer Cancellations

 

11. In the unlikely event that the trainer needs to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered. If a suitable date cannot be agreed, any payments made will be refunded.

 

Course Requirements

 

12. Students must arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce practical training time.

13. Students arriving more than 30 minutes late may be refused entry, and all payments will be forfeited.

14. Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the course.

15. Any abusive, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.

 

Models

 

16. Where applicable, students may be required to provide a model unless otherwise stated.

17. Models must arrive on time and meet the course requirements provided before the training date.

18. If a model fails to attend, practical training may be limited, and no refund or discount will be given.

 

Certification

 

19. Certificates will only be issued once the trainer is satisfied that the required standard has been achieved and all course fees have been paid in full.

20. Additional case studies may be required before certification if further practice is needed.

 

Liability

 

21. The trainer accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the course.

22. Students participate in practical training at their own risk and are responsible for following all health and safety guidance provided.

 

Photography & Marketing

 

23. Photos and videos may be taken during training for educational and promotional purposes. Please inform the trainer before the course if you do not wish to appear in any content.

 

Course Materials

 

24. All training manuals, presentations and course materials remain the intellectual property of the trainer.

25. Course materials must not be copied, reproduced, shared or used to teach others without written permission.

 

Agreement

 

26. By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
